Returns & Exchanges

For eligible merchandise, contact ALIEN ME within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items should be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original packaging or tags when applicable.
Non-returnable items
Digital music, downloaded files, personalized or custom goods, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not returnable except where required by law. Hygiene-sensitive or damaged-by-customer items may also be ineligible.
Wrong or damaged order
If ALIEN ME sends the wrong item or an item arrives damaged, contact us with the order information and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment processors may require additional time to post a refund.
