Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared by ALIEN ME in the United States. Our target is to process in-stock orders within 24 hours, but processing time is not a guaranteed delivery time and may be longer during launches, weekends, holidays, preorders, custom work, or unusually high volume.
Destinations
ALIEN ME intends to support U.S. and international orders where carriers, payment services, product restrictions, and applicable law allow. Available destinations and shipping charges shown during an order flow control.
International orders
Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs charges imposed by the destination country unless the order explicitly states otherwise. Customs processing can delay delivery.
Address and delivery issues
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate deliverable address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. Carrier scans and delivery investigations may be required for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
